Your Personalized Vision Statement is created and delivered to you in two parts. Part 1 - is and hour and a half coaching session; your Vision Statement is then crafted based on YOUR imagery and words and then Part 2 is approximately a half hour reviewing and internalizing your Vision Statement for your use. In addition to the standard Vision Statement process, you receive a recorded relaxation and closing meditation that you can download and listen to at you convenience using your broadband connection, along with your recorded vision statement. A Personalized Vision Statement provides you a framework based on your
own words, feelings and thoughts on what you wish to create in your life. The development of your personalized
Vision Statement consists of a exploratory coaching session to determine which areas of your life you would
like to work with, a draft of your personalized statement and then a follow up coaching session to review your
vision statement.
