What IS A Sample Coaching Session?

Thanks for asking!

To understand a sample coaching session, it is important to understand what coaching is.

I use a process called "Co-Active Coaching". What that means is that I believe that the answers to what you want and need to do are already inside you. This approach helps you to become self-empowered so that you can make the best decisions for your situation.

The sample session is approximately 45 minutes long where the focus is completely on the issue you wish to address. At the end, you will have at least two action steps to take (field work) that will empower you to move forward on your goal.

An effective sample session would address something you would like to achieve within the next two to three weeks.

There is no cost or obligation - but it allows you to discover if coaching is right for you or if my coaching you is a good fit. Sometimes coaching is an option but the coach's style isn't a match. Other times, it isn't coaching that is needed by consulting, mentoring or other professional assistance. If that is the case, I will step out of the 'coaching' role and provide you some guidance on what your next steps might be.

But... it is always YOUR inner guidance that makes the best choices in your life.
